Medications

We will review your medications with you at the time of your discharge from the hospital. Please call if you experience any adverse reactions (hives, rash, swelling, dizziness, itching, nausea, vomiting) to your medications.

We ask that patients request prescription renewals during their scheduled visits.

However, should you need a renewal before your next scheduled visit; you may request that renewal over the telephone during regular office hours.

We ask that you give our office 24 hours notice.

Note: pain medications must be cleared with a physician, and therefore may delay your request.
